The Constantine H. Wilson award has been developed to commemorate the founder, commander, choreographer, composer, rifleman, and father of New Guard America – none other than the illustrious Constantine H. Wilson himself.

Constantine was a man who devoted the entirety of his life to God, his family, and to the artistry of rifle exhibition drill. To these ends, he led a perfect life. Having led New Guard America from 1997 until his death in 2017, the hall of fame driller represented the glory of America in dozens of countries throughout hundreds of shows. It is in his honor that Glendale Parade Store, New Guard America, and the Drill Dojo have teamed up to create an award that will honor his legacy.

The Constantine H. Wilson award will be given to ambitious high school students who intend to continue their drill career after high school and contribute their blood, sweat, and tears to the artistry of drill throughout their life. This prestigious award will not simply be awarded to those of the highest skill level, but rather, to those with the biggest heart.

The winner of this award will receive a colored New Guard America stock - an invaluable invention by Constantine himself that is now hand-created by his son, Xylan - along with an internal set of Glendale Parade Store DA1903 parts, and a custom, hand-crafted Drill Dojo sling. This complete outfit will be enough to fuel your drill career for time eternal.

To win this award, you must submit your application below. Responses will be looked over by current and former members of New Guard America. The top responders will be contacted via email and then interviewed over Zoom. The announcement of the winner has been delayed to February 2025 to run in conjunction with the Drill Dojo Invitational Competition. You will not need to be present to win.
